The DIVE-Tagbanwa tour package is an
immersive tourism venture within Tagbanwa ancestral waters that will innovate existing business models for indigenous-owned and indigenous youth-managed tourism which will create economic incentives for the continuing protection of unique marine ecosystems in Calamianes Islands, and add a cultural and educational value for foreign and domestic tourists.

To develop an ecotourism-based indigenous community enterprise through the launching of a DIVE-Tagbanwa tour package in the municipality of Culion, Palawan province.
- Develop an IP youth-led consensual business plan.
- Produce 3 youth-led video documentaries that capture or describe the beauty of Tagbanwa ancestral waters, with stories of their Indigenous knowledge, systems, or practices in protecting and conserving these resources
