- Goal 1 - 3 communities where marine plastic pollution is heavily affected (fishing communities along the Mekong, Tonlé Sap, and Bassac rivers in Phnom Penh) are happily living in a clean environment.
- Goal 2 - One functional MPAC facility is built to continuously support long-term cleanup operations in Phnom Penh with well-trained personnel with essential skills to address marine plastic pollution.
- Goal 3 - Every community can implement effective waste management systems to keep rivers and oceans free from plastic pollution, using our SOP as a scalable blueprint for lasting environmental impact.

<img src="/icons/brain_blue.svg" alt="/icons/brain_blue.svg" width="40px" /> Describe your target customers
- 7 districts connected to rivers with a population of 1,473,911/ 2,353,000 in Phnom Penh.
- Due to population and economic growth, while waste management infrastructures are still limited in some underserved poor riverine communities, Phnom Penh has become the most vulnerable hotspot for marine plastic pollution. Plastic Waste transported from the Mekong approximately 500,000 tons entering the Tonle Sap basin from 2020 to 2030. Phnom Penh contributes about 80,000 tons 2.
