The bioreactor will use shrimp pond liquid waste as a growth medium for microalgae, recycling the nutrients in the wastewater, reducing the environmental impact, and preventing seawater pollution. The cultivated microalgae will be processed into high-protein biomass, providing a sustainable alternative to traditional animal feed ingredients, reducing dependency on fishmeal and soybean meal, and promoting sustainable aquaculture practices. Microalgae are highly efficient at absorbing CO2 during photosynthesis, and by cultivating microalgae, the Carbon Emission Bioreactor (CEB Tech.) will help sequester carbon, contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
