- Need of Target customer: Lack of new higher-value products with optimized cost-value ratio.
(The definition of Higher value product here must include ecological value: minimum waste)
- Pain point of Target beneficiaries: Cutting costs (essentially operational costs) while minimalizing waste.
Increase sales while re-positioning their product & service offerings.
- Pain point 3: Lack of connectivity within the local tourism value chain.
