Fish Protein Hydrolysate (FPH), is a high-quality amino acid powder derived from an enzymatic biotechnology process that utilizes bycatch fish waste. FPH is rich in essential nutrients, has a neutral taste and odor, and comes in a colorless, fine powder form that can be easily incorporated into various food and beverage products. It is a zero-waste solution, as all parts of the fish are fully processed, and it boasts a long shelf life, making it highly versatile and sustainable.

FPH is designed for health-conscious consumers who may not enjoy traditional fish but still seek its nutritional benefits in innovative and delicious forms. By combining FPH with local ingredients, we create authentic Indramayu souvenir foods—unique, ready-to-consume products that reflect the heritage of Eretan Kulon while supporting sustainable practices and community empowerment.
